Retail Terms and Conditions

Product will not be shipped until receipt of payment. All damaged shipments must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order. Once Chester Candles receives the damaged product including all original shipping material, a new item will be shipped. The customer is responsible for return shipping for damaged items. Upon verification of damage due to shipping Chester Candles will reimburse the customer for the return shipping charges. Chester Candles will replace damaged items free of charge (shipping included). All claims against candle defects must be accompanied by the product. Chester Candles will replace defective candles once the problem has been verified. Items returned for reasons other than those already stated will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Chester Candles does not assume any responsibility for any damage caused by neglect or use of any of our products in a manner other than their intended purpose. No other warranties or guaranties are implied other than those stated above.

We make every effort to reproduce the colours as accurately as possible - due to the limitations and variables from one computer to another, we cannot guarantee accurate colours.
